Disciplinary Incident Report
Disciplinary matters in touch football matches are handled by the Townsville Touch Football (TTF) Disciplinary Tribunal in accordance with the Touch Football Australia (TFA) Disciplinary Regulations for Touch Football.
When making a report, referees are encouraged to consult with a member of the TTRA's leadership group, who will assist you through the process.
Reporting a Send Off
If you've had to dismiss a player from your match (for the rest of the match), then you'll need to report the dismissal to TTF as soon as possible after your match using the Incident Report Form below.
If you need to provide more information about the incident that lead to the dismissal, you have a further 48 hours to submit it to the TTF office.

To submit a report to the TTF Disciplinary Tribunal, please download and complete the below Incident Report form, and submit it to the TTF Office via email.
